We offer YouTube consulting, 1-on-1 coaching, channel strategy analysis, and full channel management services. The exact scope of deliverables will be agreed upon in writing prior to starting any customized high-value coaching packages ($3000+).

2. Payments, Bookings, and Refunds

• Payment Requirement: All 1-hour consultations ($200+) must be paid in full through our integrated PayPal checkout prior to scheduling and confirming your booking.

• No-Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

• Refund Policy: Due to the digital, highly personalized, and time-intensive nature of consulting and strategy services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a strategy session has been booked or delivered.

3. Video and Audio Recordings

By booking and participating in a video consultation session with Narcis Nedelcu and team, you acknowledge and agree that the call may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and strategic purposes.

4. No Guarantees of Performance or Income

You expressly agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk.

• We provide strategic advice based on over 10 years of experience, but we do not guarantee typical results, specific view counts, subscriber growth, or monetary income.

• YouTube algorithms are proprietary and constantly changing. Your channel’s success depends entirely on your execution, niche, market conditions, and audience commitment.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom strategy materials, PDF guides, and consulting frameworks provided to you during our sessions are protected by copyright and are for your personal/business use only. You may not resell, distribute, or publicly share these materials without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Narcis Nedelcu or our team be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our strategies, or from any changes in the YouTube platform's terms of service or search algorithms.
